Our primary goals were to ensure flawless transmission, provide multi-language translation, and offer comprehensive master control services. With tens of thousands of viewers tuning in from around the world, Jeunesse required reliable transmission from the Hard Rock Orlando venue. Syndicate accomplished this by implementing three redundant paths of transmission. Leveraging the local venue internet, a cellular bonded encoder, and a satellite uplink to ensure uninterrupted delivery. At our Utah network operations center, these signals were decoded and downlinked, guaranteeing a seamless broadcast experience for end viewers.

Jeunesse entrusted Syndicate with delivering the conference video, which initially had a single stereo English audio track. However, the event demanded broader accessibility with simultaneous translations in multiple languages. Syndicate integrated remote translators, who operated from various locations worldwide, using their personal computers and remote voice connections to our network operations center.
This setup allowed for a total of 20 languages to be translated simultaneously. Our talented staff skillfully mixed all 20 languages and provided continuous support to the interpreters. We then encoded the translated streams for distribution, ensuring a fully immersive experience for viewers regardless of their native language.

During the event, an unexpected tropical storm disrupted satellite transmission. Our team at Syndicate responded with a near-seamless switch to an IP backup path. This ensured that Jeunesse's conference proceeded without any major disruptions. Additionally, sessions were recorded for later replay in different time zones around the world using. This included playback of all 20 languages, preserving the authenticity and impact of the live experience.
